UK’s hottest chilli hits the high street

Not for the faint hearted

The Bedfordshire Super Naga is coming exclusively to Tesco. Said to be the hottest commercially grown chilli in the UK, it will be given am impressive six chilli rating and comes with numerous health warnings.

The grower Salvatore Genovese produces a staggering 500,000 chilli peppers each week and the Super Naga will be his hottest variety yet.

Measuring in at 1.12 million Scovilles, the packaging suggests the chilli is best used in Bangladeshi style dishes. I definitely want to see one of YouTube’s spice dare devils try it.

The Bedfordshire Super Naga costs 90p for a 15g packet.
