Scotch bonnet peppers are used in a lot of Jamaican food and are well known for their fiery flavour. You only need a small drop to spice up soups, stews, casseroles and other dishes and I do not advise this to be used as a dipping sauce. Even with a sour cream dip on the side to cool it down, this sauce is very VERY HOT.
