Chilli and Baby Clam spaghetti

Chilli and Baby Clam spaghetti

Not appetising to look at and not exactly mouthwatering to eat, clams are probably the most boring thing I have eaten in a long while. With a bit of chilli, however, you can spice up the dullest of dishes.

Bit tangy

Serves 2

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 280g can of Baby Clams in Brine
  • 1 tsp Very Lazy chopped garlic or 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • a good pinch of chilli flakes

Cook the pasta in boiling water for 12 minutes with a pinch of salt. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 20 seconds. Add the clams and chilli flakes. Heat through. Drain the spaghetti and mix with the clam mixture.
