Simple supper for two.
- 150g linguine
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 200g passata
- 100g mangetout
- 200g cooked King Prawns, defrosted
Heat a large pan of salted boiling water and add the linguine. Cook to the packet instructions. Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan. Add the chilli and cook, stirring, for one minute. Add the cinnamon and cook for a further 30 seconds. Add the passata and bring to a simmer. Add the mangetout and simmer for four minutes. Add the prawns and heat through. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Stir and heat through. Serve.
