Sweet chilli salmon pasta

An easy meal for one.


  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 75g linguine
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 70g cream cheese

Preheat your oven to 180C. Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray and place the salmon on it. Drizzle over half the sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice and wrap the foil up into a parcel. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the pasta to the packet instructions, adding the frozen peas 5 minutes before the end. Drain.

Melt the cheese in a saucepan with the rest of the lemon juice and sweet chilli sauce. When the salmon is cook , break it up with a fork and add to the cheese with the pasta and peas. Mix together and heat through. Serve.
