- 200g conchiglie
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 150g chorizo, roughly chopped
Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion and garlic for five minutes. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook the pasta to the packet instructions.
Add the chorizo and mix well. Drain the pasta and share between two bowls. Top with the sauce and serve.
