Stuffed peppers


An easy health snack for parties or just when you’re feeling peckish.


  • Mini peppers (as many as you like, each pepper makes two)
  • 120g cream cheese
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 180C. Cut the peppers in half and remove all the seeds. Combine all the other ingredients apart from the mozzarella in a bowl until smooth.




Place all the pepper halves on a baking tray and scoop a spoonful into each one. Place the shredded mozzarella on top.



Bake for 15 minutes (keep an eye on them) and serve warm.

      Yes, they’d be great. I’ve made a similar recipe to this will jalapenos
