- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp piri piri sauce ( I used Nandos medium as I was making for someone less spice tolerant but you will probably like to try their hot or extra hot)
- 2 wholemeal pittas
- 150g coleslaw
Preheat the grill. Cut the chicken breast into chunks and combine well with the sauce in a bowl. Thread onto metal skewers and place until the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning over half way through.
Meanwhile, warm the pittas in the toaster. Slice open and divide the coleslaw between the two.
Once chicken is ready, removed the skewer and divide between the pittas. Done!
